I’m Núria Santiago, Spanish coach specialized in empowering international leaders. 

 

With over 15 years of experience empowering international leaders from the US, UK, France, Italy, Poland, the UAE, and beyond, I specialize in helping you maintain your authority and confidence when switching to Spanish. Through personalized coaching, continuous support, and a deep understanding of leadership challenges.

 

I guide you to communicate fluently and lead effectively in Spanish, just as you do in your native language.

Frequently asked questions

Ideally, an intermediate level (around B1/B2):

  • you understand a lot,
  • you can speak,
  • but you lack fluency and confidence in real situations.

If you’re an absolute beginner, this is not the best starting point for you.

Between 2 and 4 hours:

  • a 1:1 session every two weeks,
  • time to work with the weekly document,
  • time to record the audios,
  • and small actions in your real life.

Everything is designed to fit into the agenda of someone who already works a lot.

We do work on grammar, but only the grammar you actually need for your situations:

  • giving feedback,
  • explaining your day,
  • describing a problem,
  • negotiating deadlines,
  • talking with your team.

We always start from what you want to say, then we bring in the structures you need to say it clearly.

Before starting, we book a free diagnosis call.

In that call:

  • we analyse your current level and how you use Spanish,
  • we look at the situations you need to handle,
  • and we decide together if this program is the right fit for you right now.
